Tudo bem limpo, organizado, preços acessíveis no cardápio, atendimento excelente. Internet não funciona no quarto que eu estava, era o último do corredor. A maior parte do tempo só tinha barulho da rua

Ótima localização para Neo química arena.
Atendimento excelente.
Precisa melhorar muito na limpeza.
Não utilizar desinfetante com cheiro. Pois não sai do ambiente. Limpar com água sanitária sem cheiro é sucesso. E borrifar duas vezes no ar um aromatizador de ambientes fica ótimo.

Primeiro erro do hotel é segurar os documentos da pessoa durante a estadia, ainda mais que já estava tudo pago pelo aplicativo..
Café da manhã não vem o que promete.
Cama horrível, colchão vai afundando e quase acordo dentro dele.
Barulho vem de todos os lados, da recepção, clientes ao lado com som alto, muita falação nas ruas a madrugada toda.

Quarto muito simples, poderia pelo menos colocar o m frigobar pois não tem comércio perto, muito barulho qualquer conversa na recepção a gente consegue escutar, mas praim foi bom por ser bem perto do estádio neo Química Arena pois foi meu motivo de ficar nesse hotel que parece ser mais um motel do que hotel, fica a 5 mim de Uber do estádio. Porém bem simples mesmo para que exige mais conforto não indico.

O quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro o tempo todo. Nao tinha janelas, nao tinha frigobar. O serviço de quarto tinha que ser solicitado. Cafe da manhã nao tinha frutas , nem nada pra passa no pao, sempre era pao com queijo e presunto. O wifii nao pegava no quarto que eu estava.
