Mercure Hotel it is very well Located in a good area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Possui bom custo/benefício, com cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, ar condicionado silencioso e amenidades de banho de ótima qualidade também. A localização é boa, sendo possível ir a alguns locais à pé. Próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas (15min de carro). Para a maioria dos restaurantes e bares mais badalados de São Paulo, será necessário utilizar algum meio de transporte, mas o valor pago e o conforto oferecido é plenamente satisfatório. Atendentes da recepção cordiais e o restaurante do hotel atende bem as necessidades de serviço de quarto, caso necessário.

Problemas sempre podem acontecer. Porém o staff foi super atencioso e atendeu prontamente todas as nossas solicitações, tornando a estada tão agradável quanto poderia ser. Merece ser destacado negativamente apenas o café do café da manhã: O restaurante usa um café de torra excessiva, que para paladares mais aguçados torna praticamente impossível degustar, mesmo diluindo o mesmo em agua. No mais, a localização é adequada, permitindo se deslocar com carro de aplicativo facilmente entre as atrações próximas e o aeroporto de congonhas com baixo tempo de deslocamento.
