We took taxi from Airport where taxi driver tried to overcharge us for 10 minutes trip. Shuttle back to airport was provided on time and driver/manager of the hotel was very polite and helpful

WiFi is pretty bad, no closed no place to hang your stuff. Breakfast is good, nothing special but whatever is that to eat “ is good I guess”. Tv didn’t work however it is because WiFi that sucks.

I would not stay here if I was travelling alone, specially as a woman. I stayed one night only as I had a long flight connection and it seemed a good deal to have pick up and drop off to the airport. I got picked up by a car which did not match the description of the bus advertised, it was a red van and the guy who picked me up was an absolute creep, I genuinely thought he was going to kill me, not even being dramatic, he took me under the highway and started driving really slow and he was asking all sort of inappropriate questions. I told the night shift concierge guy which by the way was very lovely and understanding and he mentioned it was not the first time that he did that to women. I cannot believe they still employ him after so many complains, it is terrifying when you don’t even speak the language and cannot even call the police or anything as most people staying here are travellers. The room itself was clean-ish but there is noise all throughout the night so I couldn’t even sleep and quite frankly I was scared that someone might open the door. Absolute nightmare of a stay I would never stay here unless you are a group. There are better options which are similar that I think might be a better choice.

It's really only a place to spend the night if you have to. The rooms are really tiny, and the breakfast is pretty miserable, but you can eat it. The shuttle at the airport is pretty hard to find because it's not the color shown on the website. It's white with almost no branding to let you know it's theirs.

Ideal para quem fica apenas um dia, pelo custo beneficio e facilidade de ida para o aeroporto pois possui translado de ida e volta a cada 1 hora inclusive de madrugada. Chuveiro ruim. Ou quente pelando ou frio demais . Muito barulho pois as paredes são de drywall.

Este é um hostel melhorado (pela qualidade da aparência da propriedade). É o local ideal pra quem está de passagem pelo aeroporto de Guarulhos. Não recomendo passar mais que 1 dia, pois há muito barulho no corredor, a porta fica batendo com vento. O café da manhã, é fraquíssimo, mas pra quem apenas deseja comer algo ali antes de seguir viagem, está ok, tem pão com mussarela e persunto mais 2 opções de fruta e bolo, acompanhado de suco, café e um iogurte que apelidei de xernobil, de tão colorido que ele é, mas... é o preço que se paga né? É custo benefício mesmo.

Péssimo, não tem como dormir, entra e sai de pessoas com malas fazendo barulho a noite toda, não conseguimos dormir nada. O transfer para o aeroporto não tinha mais vagas, dizendo que era apenas 7 vagas. O café da manhã dizia no site q era a partir das 6 da manhã, e na verdade era a partir das 7:30, a cama era péssima, dura com algumas ondulações ,os travesseiros mto ruim, não tinha toalha de banho, nem sabonetes. Não indico se hospedar lá, nem que seja por pouco tempo para voo, pois não consegue descansar.
