Hotel muito confortável para família, inclusive com quartos separados. Vista para a cidade, bom chuveiro, tv e ar condicionado (nos dois quartos e sala). Café da manhã simples mas de excelente qualidade. Todos os funcionários foram solícitos, principalmente Fábio e Alexandre da recepção. Com certeza irei voltar!

São Paulo Vila Olimpia Shakira

Fomos pro show da Shakira no Morumbi nosso voo da Italia chegou mais cedo deixamos as malas no hotel as 10 horas e fomos ao shoping Vila Olimpia a 5 minutos a pé. Ótimos restaurantes por perto. Em 30 minutos de taxi do morumbi onde a Shakira arrasou. 30 minutos pra congonhas

Os quartos são ótimos e limpos, atendimento maravilhoso. Porém o café da manhã foi decepcionante, já que a estrutura é grande e muito boa, esperava um café com espaço e mais opções, a sala era pequena e os produtos em pouca quantidade e variedade.

Precisa melhorar urgente!

O apartamento possui mobiliário antigo, colchões e travesseiros muito moles, não tem isolamento acústico, o chuveiro é barulhento, os quartos são apertados, o local do café da manhã era improvisado (o que deveria ter sido avisado antes/durante da reserva).

Razoável. As pessoas são bacanas. Quarto não tinha não tinha luz na sala ou sacada. Torneira vazando constante. Cortina do quarto insuficiente... não cobria a janela. A cama não era a que havia contratado. Falta de manutenção evidente.

Hotel padrão 3 estrelas.

O Quarto não veda os barulhos externos. Prédio muito Antigo com móveis também antigos. O Cartão de acesso tanto no elevador como para a porta é muito ruim (tem que ficar tentando várias vezes para acionar). Muitos cachorros no hotel, e encontramos várias vezes "urina" de cachorros pelos cantos do Hotel. Padrão 3 estrelas. Não é ruim, mais muito longe de bom.

O quarto tem microondas, e geladeira, além de pratos e talheres. E do vigésimo andar uma vista para a zona oeste e sul da cidade. O ar condicionado split tem um compressor na varanda e um evaporador separado para cada cômodo: quarto, escritório e sala. E eles são necessários, pois a região é muito barulhenta pata deixar as janelas abertas.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar!

Tenho parado frequentemente no Quality Vila Olimpia. Quando estamos na torre B, as coisas são melhores, por conta do barulho da Bandeirantes que assola o Bloco A. Correu tudo regular, exceto que as toalhas além de pequenas já estão bem passadas (gastas). Além disso, por duas vezes tivemos que solicitar toalhas de rosto adicional pois deixavam apenas uma, para dois hóspedes. O mesmo ocorreu com garfo e faca, que havia apenas um de cada na habitação!

Peguei um quarto com duas camas e dois quartos mas realmente errei ao colocar apenas 1 hóspede ,etentei conversar com o atendente que nao teve jeito e disse que tinha que pagar 126 reais mesmo sem café da manhã (faltou compreensão )! Paguei solicitei a nota fiscal e o rapaz disse que ia entregar no checkout o que não aconteuceu e até hoje espero a nota fiscal do estabelecimento! Tanto dos 126 reais quanto do valor total da hospedagem

Muito bom!!!

Hotel bom, bem localizado, seguro. Recomendo! Possui café da manhã (apesar do local ser muito pequeno, por conta de o restaurante estar em obras desde maio), piscina (não aquecida), 3 elevadores, lobby sempre com 2 ou 3 atendentes, segurança na porta, computadores para uso, várias opções de refeições no restaurante (entregam tb no quarto). Quarto amplo, espaçoso, com tábua de passar e ferro, varal, mesa para refeição, talheres e pratos, ar condicionado e tv na sala, microondas, frigobar (já abastecido com bebidas) e sacada. Banheiro com amenidades (shampoo, condicionador, sabonete e touca de banho). Quarto com cofre, cabides e armário, ar condicionado e tv com canais a cabo. No geral, muito bom! Limpo, confortável, funcionários educados e prestativos. Pontos negativos: ar condicionado muito velho, faz barulho e começou a pingar água do aparelho split (tive que desligar). Local pra colocar o sabonete dentro do box caindo e banheiro precisando de uns reparos. Estacionamento pago (R$ 25,00 por dia). De resto, ótimo local para estadias. Recomendo e volto com ctz!
