The top bunks in the shared rooms are very high and difficult to maneuver. There was also confusion about bed assignment which the front desk refused to handle.

Me encantó el lugar. Me quedé en una habitación compartida por primera vez en mi vida.. al principio estaba asustado por cuestiones de seguridad… pero la experiencia fue totalmente diferente a lo que esperaba. Gente linda, muy amigable, el staff fue muy agradable!

No TV's in the rooms which id fine buut given that EVERYONE has a macbook these days, why would the projector in my room not include the adaptor? Very frustrating having to actually buy one (which I did not do) in order to use the projector that was "included" in my daily rate. It honestly makes no sense. Also, I actually had to dry myself with one of my clothes after taking a shower because there were NO TOWELS IN MY ROOM. Honestly with this daily rate and the service that I got I would not stay there again AT ALL.

Very cool hotel! Nice design etc. Although, could use better maintenance (roof lamp didn't work, very squeaking bed, shower tap fell out of when showering, smelly bathroom).

Limpeza e manutenção ruins
Não tive uma boa experiência, o lençol e travesseiro da cama tinha cheiro de suor impregnado, acredito que não trocaram após o hospede anterior, pois não tinha cheiro bom e fiquei me coçando a noite toda e quando acordei, infelizmente estava tão cansada que não tive forças pra ir reclamar e tentar mudar de quarto. Não tem telefone no quarto e o whatsapp ninguém retorna. Peguei a opção de quarto micro, o banheiro fica na area externa no corredor, dividindo com outros 3 micros, porem deveria ter acesso apenas com o cartão de liberação, pois vive aberto e qualquer pessoa pode usar, banheiro quase sempre sujo e sem papel, falei 3x na recepção que o suporte de papel de mão estava travado e sem sair papel e ninguém resolveu em nenhuma das vezes. Tem cozinha compartilhada, cinema, biblioteca e um restaurante embaixo, o café da manhã é bom, tudo gostoso e fresquinho, vale a pena pegar o café selina. Destaque para o atendimento da Laura na recepção, foi super atenciosa e educada todo o tempo, gostei muito dela!

Dificuldade em falar com o Hotel. O telefone não atende. Pedi um late check out mas não foi concedido. Tive que pagar uma taxa. Consegui mudar de apartamento depois de falar com a recepção, pois o que me foi dado não funcionava o ar condicionado e o calor estava insuportável. Eles resolveram a questão após alguma espera. A localização é perfeita.

Estuve 5 dias y Los baños del piso estaban malos y tocaba ir a otro piso. Y luego que los arreglaron los baños no tenían como cerrar para poder usarlo. El personal no se esforzaba por comunicarte contigo y solo hablaban portugues. Te cobraban mayor en lis pedidos porque no te entendían lo que tu les estabas pediendo.
