Although the decor is a little outdated the hotel is clean, safe, quiet (the higher floors are quietest), very close to restaurants and shopping. I almost always stay there when in Sao Paulo.

Good location with friendly staff

I had a very enjoyable stay at the landmark. The room was clean service was good. The room could use a little updating, but it was still comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub worked very nicely. I would like to see a few more selections for breakfast but otherwise it was good I would most definitely stay there again as it is also very well located in Sao Paulo.

Good potential, room needsmaintenance

Room was clean. Lots of maintenance issues: first 2 days aircon didn't work, needed to beg for blankets after freezing first night. Almost all fauced handles are loose and shower water pressure very weak (was on top floor). Room door lock stopped working after a few days, needed to be let in with maintenance override for 3 days till it was raplaced.

Localização privilegiada, pertinho da Av.Paulista, metrô, shoppings, restaurantes e teatros. Atendimento diferenciado por funcionários acolhedores.
