Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo
The sofa was rather uncomfortable to seat for long period. Hope they will replace it with better sofa. The one in my room 1013, the bottom material is torn. Should have extra pillows for each bed excluding the small hard cushions provided. Also wished that the hotel would include more English channels ...
