"I’ve stayed in this hotel probably 5 times now and always have a good experience. Each room is about the same but specifically this time I thought the room wasn’t quite as clean as my previous stays. Also, this specific room’s hairdryer was covered in some greasy substance, the toilet tank looked like it was going to fall off the toilet, there was no exhaust in the bathroom so after multiple people showered there were puddles of water sitting everywhere. With that being said, the front desk receptionist was extremely nice, the pool was clean, the breakfast was better this stay than anytime before. So even with some things that were subpar, I would go back! "

I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Breakfast was okay. Entertainment (TV and options) wasn't good at all. I don't recommend this hotel. If I could I'd ask for a refund. "

"The refrigerator was very noisy The coffee pot was missing the filter holder, so I couldn't make coffee. The juice dispenser was broken, but they had orange drink, not juice, in a carafe. We were only there for one night, so we managed. "

"Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again."
