Evolving into something special

This is a really beautiful place and but I felt a little unhappy with the condition of the lobby when we arrived. There were jackhammers, Sheetrock?/Concrete dust, and a bunch of unpacked boxes when we arrived and it felt chaotic after a really long day of travel. It is well designed and the facilities will be totally top notch when the construction is over but things are not running totally smoothly at this point. I would also encourage anyone over 182cm/6ft tall to request a room that is not on the top floor. At 6’1 myself had the bathroom not had a sky light the pitch of the roof would have been a real problem and it definitely made moving around a little restrictive. Don’t want to dis outrage anyone but be sure to get clarification.

Enpfangslradt war mega nett. Schöne Zimmer. Gute Lage. Aber Manko: Wir hatten im Badezimmer Schimmel und der Luftabzug funktionierte nicht. Nachts wurden wir wach aufgrund lauter Geräusche durch die Heizung? Oder des Aufzuges?

Die Unterkunft ist sehr unzuverlässig. 200€ wurde im Hotelzimmer vergessen und nicht mehr zurückgegeben. Laut Rezeption ist das Geld spurlos verschwunden und ist auch nicht mehr aufgetaucht. Das Geld ist von den Rezeptionsleuten einfach eingestegckt worden. Aufpassen! Upozorenje! Pare 200€ su zaboravljene u sobi, i nisu vracene. Nakon pola sata smo zvali da obavjestimo hotel, da smo zaboravili novac. Rekli su da nema i da su pare nestale. Personal je ukro pare! Pazite se dobro i neidite tamo. Krade se!

Otel ve çalışanlar, dört yıldızı hakediyorlar. Misafirperverlikleri için tekrar teşekkürlerimizi sunarız. Tek eksiklikleri; Sarajevo Havaalanı- Bejturan Otel- Havaalanı transferlerini, kendi bünyelerinde düzenlemiyor olmaları. Hotels.com üzerinden; otel- havaalanı için 20 Euro ücreti içeren mesaj ise şık değil. Çünkü en fazla 12 Euro, giriş ödemesi yapmadan havaalanı kapısında inerseniz 9 Euro tutuyor. Hotels.com da bu konuda hatalı diye düşünüyoruz. Kendi çabamızla düzenlenebilecek bir hizmeti, otel kanalıyla 2 katına düzenlemeyi içeren bir mesaj, insanı rahatsız ediyor. Misafir transferi dahil bir konaklama, bu tip sıkıntıları ortadan kaldırır diye düşünüyoruz.

傻眼的入住服務

從機場巴士100E下車步行至飯店要20分鐘途中有十分鐘走75度山坡路 若自拉行李會超累人 我訂二晚公寓有露台房型 但第一晚硬被換成普通雙人房 且房卡常故障只能請櫃臺開門 也口頭反應兩次這不是我訂的房型 但她可能覺得我們是奧客對我態度不耐煩不處理換房 直到我用翻譯軟體反應第三次才承認我反應的房型及訂單資料是對的 但也已經晚上八點半無法更換房間 一直等到隔天下午兩點才入住我訂的房間 真的令人不開心及傻眼 白花錢又看臉色 若不是入住不順心就其早餐及房間設施是還不錯

The location in right in the old town. Less than a 10 min walk to the main square. I loved the way the room was decorated (I had the room with the terrace). The power in the shower was really good, would definitely stay here again on my next visit insha'Allah.

Bad service

Asked for a twin room, was given a double. When bought up with the lady at reception- she merely brushed it off as a slight inconvenience; she persistently asked why myself and my guest couldn’t just share a double bed: which made us feel VERY uncomfortable. We then had to suggest putting a sofa bed in the room, which we were told would be fully made up when we returned for the night, we returned and no sofa bed was made up; so I had to sleep on a sofa bed with no covers and bedding- NOT VERY hygienic at all. Overall a nice hotel but service has left a very bad impression.

Good position but Overpriced for loft room

On hindsight, this room is a very expensive option. I could have walked into the Marriott hotel here I have found out, and got a room for less, where I would have been able to shower standing up straight and go to the loo without piercing myself on the sharp corner of the vanity basin. THEN the property charged me an extra $10 for 3 nights stay for some local tax on top of what I had already paid (they really should have covered this given their inflated prices compared to proper hotels). Yes the bed was comfy and it is a fabulous location and the staff are friendly. But it’s a loft room, it’s impossible to shower and I believe, overpriced.

Ingen ansatte på hotellet.

Det var ingen i resepsjonen når vi kom eller dro. Vi måtte vente 20 min får å sjekke inn, der vi måtte ringe etter resepsjonisten selv, som ikke var på hotellet i det hele tatt, samme skjedde når vi skulle sjekke ut. Hotellrommet vi hadde bestilt var ikke tilgjengelig så vi fikk ett annnet ett som ikle hadde de spesifikasjonene vi bestilte.

Zeer schoon, nog vrij nieuw hotel (slechts 2 jaar oud). Vriendelijke, behulpzame staf en een zeer ruime familiekamer met een eigen keukentje. Daarnaast een klein maar fijn zwembad onder in het hotel met een sauna erbij.

Kjempefint hotell sentralt i Sarajevo.

Et kjempefint hotell, veldig god service, frokost og beliggenhet. Det tok 5 minutter å gå ned til gamlebyen. Parkering for bil på parkeringsplass like ute for. Anbefaler det til alle.

Bad stench from toilet/bath in my room. The management has to overcome this immediately. Location is uphill, so the walk to the hotel is quite tiring to be honest. Otherwise spacious, clean room. Comfy bed. Good choice of breakfast.

Boa localização e quarto confortável

Boa localização no centro, a poucos minutos da Bascarsija e da fonte Sebilj. É possível visitar as principais atrações a pé em curtas caminhadas. Um destaque também fica com o quarto amplo e limpo, com sacada e bonita decoração. O hotel é familiar, oferece piscina e tem bom café da manhã. A vaga de graça em garagem coberta é um bom atrativo para quem está em viagem de carro pelos Bálcãs. O espaço na garagem é pequeno, mas o staff tem prática e manobra o carro quando necessário. O único inconveniente é a subida íngreme para chegar ao hotel, o que cansa um pouco e pode ser um empecilho para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção. O custo benefício é excelente em comparação a hotéis do mesmo padrão em outras cidades dos Bálcãs.

really nice place to stay. a few communication issues at the start as the property had issues with email, but those communication issues put the hotel out, not us. everyone there was really kind, the room was clean and comfy, was a good location - would definitely stay there again :)
