"Biggest issue was the fact that I had requested a non-smoking room for my family with small kids but seemed like the room and the entire floor was for smokers. I had to keep the window in my room open at all times (when it was freezing outside) to make it easier to breathe. On the plus side, excellent breakfast. Staff was helpful in allowing me store my luggage in storage at the hotel a few hours before check-in."
