"This is 50+ year old rooms as well bathrooms all very outdated, rooms stink, bedsheets they say that it gets cleaned but doesn’t look like. We asked them to change room and same thing in other rooms . Roaches were running here and there on the floor , this should be taken off Expedia, asked for refund but they refused,
Couldn’t sleep as full body was itchy.
Only the outer part of hotel looks good but it’s very filthy, dirty, and so t want to even enter the hotel. "

"Considering the Brand, the rooms were not that great what you expect from the brand name. However, the food was amazing and the staff at the reception. Their hospitality was great. バスで近くまで来られるはずなので選んだ。しかし､そのバスは廃止だったため、大変困難だった。
現在公共交通で旧市街へ行くことはほぼ不可能になつている。
タクシーかUberが高額ながら簡単だけれど、帰りはパズルを解いて地下鉄とバスで空港にたどり着いた。
設備､朝食及びレストランは必要十分な内容だった。
他のスタッフにチップとしてあげたものを､他のスタッフが要求してきたのは少し不快だった。
改善点としては､
デスク上で電源が取れるよう､マルチタップ延長ケーブルがあると良い。"
