The bed was comfortable, although it made some noise. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors talking and using the bathroom, but it was still tolerable.

It is close to the historic city center and convenient to anything you plan to do in Bolzano and surrounding area. There is a lovely breakfast served daily as well as a bar with light snacks available. There is also a full restaurant which we did not try.
