"The hosts were very warm and really kind in making our stay very enjoyable. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach but also easy car access to Sarti and other towns. The views and sea are magnificent."

"The Black Pearl is a beautiful rental property. The villa was super clean, very new, and all we could have wanted and more. "The hotel is brand new. There is nothing bad to say. Everything was PERFECT-the room, the proximity to the beach (just in front of the hotel not even 1 min walking distance), the sunbeds and umbrellas top quality, the food quality..the very best part is the staff, sooo friendly and helpful..special thanks to Anna at the Reception and Polimenis at the restaurant and Kyriakos at the beach for making our stay 10/10..We will definitely be back !!!"

Una nota negativa: la pulizia delle parti comuni che dovrebbe essere più accurata e così lo scarico della doccia che ogni tanto non scaricava completamente.

"Amazing place! It’s between the sky and the sea. Very clean, very comfortable. The villa has everything you need: barbecue, small kitchen, fully equipped, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. It is stocked with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil, spices. There is a big fridge, hair dryer, tv, air conditioner.
Absolute privacy. And the view… breathtaking.
There is a small village close to the property with very good tavern with amazing sunset view. And beautiful beaches all around Sithonia. The...

"We had a very pleasant stay here, even though the hotel has a low rating. The owner was very kind and welcoming. They offered us fresh fruits (watermelon and apples) and water in the room. The conditions were comfortable and convenient, with our own balcony and a mosquito net, plus two towels per person. The location is perfect, right in the center and only 5 minutes to the beach. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it."

"Wow! Such a beautiful and clever concept hotel! One year old and beautifully designed and decorated.
Rooms are spacious and quiet. So well laid out and if you don’t get a room with a patio and pool . . . You get a rooftop terrace with a whirlpool!
A generous breakfast is served to your room - we had ours on the terrace - Nespresso in the room as well as a small cooktop and fridge.
Loved all the special lighting and abundance of outlets.
WiFi works fast and flawless.
So many gorgeous beaches minutes away and after having been in Greece for a week we have yet to have anything less than great food.

"Fabulous hotel with absolutely wonderful staff.
Guest relations are brilliant at helping with taxi reservations, horse riding bookings to recommending places to eat in the 2 two towns a 15 mins away by taxi either side of the hotel.
Hotel and area is very quiet.
Would recommend car hire as there are only 2 walkable tavernas nearby one 5 mins and one about 15 mins away for a change of scenery.
Food at the hotel is exquisite.
Access to private beach and crystal clear waters just done some steps.
WiFi access great
Super comfy beds
There's no poolside entertainment or blaring music or sun lounger hogging.
Would he highly recommend for a relaxing wholesome break.

"We enjoyed a beautiful 3 night stay at Serenity Hill. Peaceful and quiet, walking distance to coffee and a market. Driving distance to many small towns for dinners or a beach day. We used several of their recommendations for dinners and enjoyed it thoroughly! "
