"It was clean and quiet. But the shower would get stopped up, well the plumbing in general was odd. We didn't like the hard bed and the bright lights at night from the AC, but mostly we didn't like the shower and the inconsistency of which they cleaned our room. We ran out of toilet paper one time. And communication with staff regarding check in and check out and their availability for questions was not good. Also I was disappointed that their site said they offer a bottle of wine on arrival. ...

"I just simply cannot believe how wonderful this hotel was! Everything was meticulously clean and the landscaping was beautiful! The casitas were well stocked. They provided water bottles and even a pitcher of iced tea upon our arrival. The service here is top notch. The check in process was easy and they explained everything about the property and escorted us to our casita and explained even more. "The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They took the time to decorate the room for my birthday and it was beautiful. Loved the pool. Also loved the shower. I would stay there again. My only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable and could not turn the AC fan down and could only adjust temperature. It got very cold very fast at night. "This is the place! Marial and Dirk are amazing hosts and the property is perfect! Located close enough to all major attractions/places but still in the local area so you get the best of both worlds. We were here for a week to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and it was exactly what we were looking for. Rent a car and know that GPS says you've arrived but the property is to the left off of sero Blanco. Absolutely amazing stay and we hope to return soon!"

"My partner and I loved it! It’s very homey, you don’t see your neighbors often (which we liked lol), it’s very quiet and there’s so much greenery!! It feels like you’re in the jungle, but only steps away from a big supermarket lol. The location is great, i 100% recommend staying here. Definitely get a rental car because it’s not beach front, it’s only a 5 min drive to the beach though. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!"
