"Old hotel but ok, terrible spa- old and not cosy at all"

Bien placé même si pour les skieurs, la marche jusqu'au début des pistes est toujours trop longe chaussures aux pieds, reste la solution de la location d'un casier au pied du télésiège"

"Struttura buona per persone che sanno arrangiarsi e che amano vivere la vacanza in modo molto semplice. Troviamo assolutamente disdicevole il posteggio da parte del personale nella salitina che conduce dentro all'albergo e che impedisce agli ospiti di accedere agevolmente alla struttura quando in particolar modo arrivano con i bagagli"

"Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."

"We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Hotel Clotes. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always helpful at providing recommendations and dinner reservations. My husband is coeliac, and they had gluten free beer available in their bar, as well as a gluten free breakfast each morning. The bedrooms are comfortable and very clean.The reception area doubles as a bar, and a very sociable area for chatting with other guests about the days skiing. We will definitely be returning!"
