"I enjoyed my stay at Azul. From check in to check out, I was greeted with hospitality and warmth. My room was located on the Adult Only Side of the resort and it was perfect for Relaxation and Peace. I enjoyed the Spa services during my stay and the 50 minute massage was a plus. My Concierge was to schedule my massage services but failed to do so. Luckily, there was a Spa rep doing scheduling during my morning walk and I was able to verify my appointment hadn't been made and was able to schedule it on my own. The property is very well maintained and all areas were clean and stayed clean my entire stay. I was not however a fan of the food choices. The resort offers a lot of different food options in way of restaurants and Eat In Spaces but the quality of food and taste were not what I was use to when visiting Jamaica. There was no seasoning on anything and salt and pepper was not available as easy either to give the food some type of flavor. The best thing I had all week was the omelets at breakfast. The gift shops had very few snacks to choose from and I ended up paying $10.00 (USD) for a can of pringles chips. I was so hungry that I was okay paying $10 for chips. If I had to change anything about my stay, it would be the quality of food. Other than that, this is an Awesome place to come and relax and enjoy Jamaica and I would stay here again."

"Staff is excellent. Room is clean but AC didn’t work as well as I would have liked, I brought a personal fan so I was okay. Food is good but repeated and buffet not much of a selection. Location is amazing and the beach is amazing. All the waitresses are wonderful!! Definitely would go again!!!"
