"The valet Rodrick was exceptional. He was friendly and welcoming. Our check in/ out was quick. The location was good in terms of restaurants and walkability, but not so good in terms of vehicle & construction noise and loiterers in the park across the street. The parking garage lights shown very brightly through our shades even when we had them pulled tightly. The bathroom had mold and hair all over, as well as a thick layer of dust and grime on the shades. The bathroom walls were covered in (removable) stains. The carpet was filthy. The bed & sheets were clean. The bed pillows were small squares, which we had never experienced before. Overall the room smelled of mildew. This hotel has not been kept up over the years. We were unpleasantly surprised given the pictures we saw online."

"All in all, good experience. Carpet in our room, 314, was disgusting. Breakfast buffet was less than we expected. Try to stay in room off Bay Street as truck traffic is present all night."
