"The guy at front desk told me he no longer does business with hotels.com. I had already been charged at this point. I end up having to pay cash. I got double charged. Somebody is obviously ripping me off. Not sure if it’s hotels.com or guy at front desk. I have gotten nowhere with hotels.com trying to figure this out thru multiple e-mails and just got hung up on when I called. I will never use hotels.com again. They are as shady a business as you could have, please people don’t become a victim...

"Savan Resorts is a beautiful hotel thats conveniently located about ten minutes to Savannakhet Airport. When we arrived the staff were attentive and helped us with our bags. We stayed on both sides of the resort which is a casino. The suites were very nice. They have many amenities including a gym, pool, spa, cafe and lots of food options!
