"I had a great time here! The staff are SO friendly here, it was wonderful. If you have mobility issues, I would not book here. The stairs are very narrow and the walk from the road to the property is a bit far, and to check out you need to go to the hotel across the street. He was for friendly and made my day so much better by helping me go to the gondola and to the train station with a foot that is healing from a recent...

"I love to walk so I opted to walk to Tralala from the train station - a 15 minute walk - no biggy. Leave the train station from the platform if possible, rather than descending to the main entrance. This will lessen the uphill climb with luggage in tow. The balance of the walk is uphill (think San Francisco) and tests stamina and energy (I am a senior-strong and capable) The staff was very friendly and helpful. A welcome drink was a great perc and truly enjoyed! Another perc was a free ride on the public transportation - a great plus! Be aware there is a bell tower that goes off on a regular basis somewhere nearby, however there are also ear plugs supplied in the room - yeah! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great value for enjoying Montreux."
