"Out tv didn't work which we reported to reception but it wasn't fixed. Also our room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there."

"Stayed 1 night (12 hours), so didn’t have chance to use any facilities. Generally ok, lots of free parking space on site, location easy to find and close to Derby Road with amenities. Can take around 30 mins to get into city. Reception staff pleasant. Only issue was we needed dental kit, expected a 4 star hotel to offer this for free. But was chargeable at £2! For that reason I would rate as a 3 star hotel comparable to Premier Inn."

"No air conditioner in room. Just a desk fan, on days where it was in the mid 20s outside. No lift to upper floor, just a spiral staircase! No working extractor fan in bathroom. You are lead to believe it's free parking only to be charged £5 a night as soon as you check in ! The mattress was very firm as well."
