"Nice welcoming staff clean room and spacious nice breakfast selection. Would come back again swimming pool and whirlpool was not working due to maintaince wasn't informed before booking was looking forward to using them. "

"Everything was lovely, service in restaurant was very slow, waited 40 mins for 3 sandwiches, i had asked for no mayo,tomato or pickles on mine and it came loaded with all three,didn't eat it but hadnt time to wait for a replacement, staff weren't very attentive otherwise would highly recommend "

I’ve only had one issue over a misunderstanding over breakfast which was rather unpleasant until the customer experience lead got involved, and she straightened it right out.
