"Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend Spring Hills at Marriott in Monroeville Pittsburg. "

"I picked this hotel because it recieved a 6.8 "Good" rating on Expedia. It was far from good. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside. The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. There was a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. A drop of water landed on my arm. I looked up and...

"Broken items. Dirty room"

"Upon arrival thr male staff was too lazy to get up and greet me at the counter. He yelled from behind a wall asking on repeat if i was thete to check in. First impression was he was being lazy and didn't want to get up and actually do his job."

"The property is clean, the rooms are as shown in the pictures, but parking is a little challenging. The main level parking lot is small, and the additional parking lot requires you to climb a hill that is a little steep. Not the fault of the property, just part of the terrain of Pittsburgh."

"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

"The TV was broken. I could only get four channels…… there was plaster chips all over the floor by the toilet. The toilet seat was not clean and bubbled up. Thin walls, I heard were door slamming all night long. And people up and down the hallway. But I had car problems and had to spend the night somewhere."

"Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft. "

"the food for breakfast that you offered tasted like cardboard the oatmeal was runny not oatmeal the orange juice was not orange juice eggs and meat on both days were not eggs or meat they all looked like food but the food was not the real deal other than the breakfast food and it was NOT the preparers it was the food ... the staff and the room were execellent it was the food that was disapointing coffee was good also if i am paying 800 for 2 nights i expect real food "
