Theres no balcony, it's a share terrace, we were there by ourselves, but when the other units are occupied im assuming you have additional people using this common area. It dose have a pretty view. "Shops and restaurants are close by.Directions for the apt. are very deceiving. Host was not available to meet us. We had to call a taxi because we couldn’t find the apt. The taxi driver also had difficulty and needed to call for assistance. This was two hours of frustration. "
