"The communication team was on point. Any issue we had it was promptly resolved. We appreciate the way Bob people were available anytime of day and night! I booked it for my 81 year old mom and it was a bit tricky for her to actually find the entrance, she says. Also, this place has contact less check in. One gets in and out with a code. "Loved everything about the property, it's a very nice, cozy 2-bedroom apartment. Very quick responses from the host. Only dislike was the back entrance being so close to dumpsters that were overflowing with trash, and additional trash left on sides of dumpsters. "
