立地抜群、チェックアウト後の荷物を預けておける部屋があるのがありがたい。 昼食等に良さそうな軽食の販売がある。 清掃・タオル交換は5泊しないと行われない。 （タオル交換はレセプションに言えばしてもらえそう） ベッド付近にコンセントがないのがちょっと不便だった。

ホーム1又は2（アーランダエクスプレス）で到着した場合はホームにあるエレベーターで上がると横にホテルの入口がありアクセスが非常に良い。ただ在来線ではホテル入口の真逆のホームに着く場合がある。 シャワーブースの密閉性が高く、洗面やトイレが水浸しにならず、とても良い。
