Amazing property.

Amazing b&b. We had a large 2-bedroom apartment. Full size kitchen, three ACs, ok bathroom. Small balcony with nice view. High quality towels etc, but no beach towels. Big, very nice pool. Simple but very good breakfast included. Great service. What could be better: 1. Small basic stuff like salt, pepper, oil etc should be in the apartment. 2. The scary dog should really be dealt with! 3. The TV is so small that its useless. (Didn't bother us since we had a Samsung Freestyle with us.)

Un breve, piacevole , soggiorno fuori stagione.

Struttura di buon livello, confortevole , solo un po' fredda la sala colazioni( era a cavallo di Capodanno) . Personale accogliente e molto cortese. Se si presenterà l'occasione torneremo volentieri.

Spaventati dalle recensioni abbiamo invece trovato una struttura manutenuta e pulita. Materasso al top, dormito benissimo. Frigobar in camera e appendini nel patio per i costumi. Servizio in camera negli orari di apertura del bar: gratis! Prezzi normali considerando che Follonica è cara. C'è ampio parcheggio ma non c'è il posto assegnato. Piscina aperta fino alle 20. Pescheria con cucina da asporto a 600 mt(Da Pallino). Un caro saluto a Marica (cordiale e professionale) e a Maira (con i suoi Spritz da 10 e lode). Se le lavatrici avessero anche un programma breve sarebbe più facile per gli ospiti usarle. Torneremo.

Een fijn verblijf!

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. De 3 appartementen die we hadden geboekt zijn zoals de foto's. Niet onwijs modern, maar erg schoon en met alles wat je nodig hebt. We hadden eerst geen warm water en gas, maar daar kwam de receptioniste direct voor terug. De laatste dag hadden we een vroege vlucht en werd de dag van tevoren ontbijt in onze koelkast gezet. Het absolute pluspunt van deze accomodatie is het personeel, daarnaast is het zwembad mooi en heerlijk voor kinderen. Misschien is het niet in de beste staat, maar ik zou hier zeker weer heengaan.
