"Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!"

"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again."

"Safe We checked in the front desk gives you a key attached codes to front door and another door to lobby the room had shower and sink the toilet down the hall shared with 2 families There was no problems with that not used to but was ok"

"Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."

"Fantastic place and very reasonable. On our the door to the left in it is straight down the road to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Amazing staff super helpful and breakfast is lovely."

"The B&B was perfect! Very clean and staff is extremely friendly! Super well located too, central and 5 min walk from the train station! I would stay here again! Also AC was a nice bonus during this heat wave!"
