La struttura è molto bella, ristorante elegante e personale molto gentile, anche in reception il personale è molto gentile, ci hanno accompagnato alla camera con una golf car ma purtroppo la persona incaricata di gentilezza neanche l’ombra arrivati in camera non andava più via perché voleva la mancia, con quello che ho pagato penso che il servizio sia compreso e fino a prova contraria la mancia è facoltativa non obbligatoria

Dejligt ophold. Vi nød den ro og stilhed som vi var omgivet af samt den skønne natur. Morgenmaden tilfredsstillende samt frokost. Aftensmaden kan godt få en tand 👆opad taget i betragtning at det er et ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel. Vedr. Weelness og Tyrkisk bad, manglede jeg lidt mere formidling og en rundvisning i henhold til faciliteterne og adgang.

Would go out of my way to stay here

We got a very good rate and stayed for its proximity to Mugello circuit. The hotel have bicycles for the use of guests and we borrowed two to get to Mugello Circuit. I thought the hotel was great the room spacious with a great view and a luxury bathroom with a great balcony with table and chairs. The pools were great and the pool side cafe terrific. Everything was terrific, however, I felt that the A la Carte restaurant menu was uninspired and didn't change for the duration of our stay.

Nice hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. Interior is a bit old fashioned, especially in the dinner hall / restaurant. We choose the hotel based on the golf facilities on site, which is indeed nice and the fact that there is a nice swimming pool and area as well. However, we were somewhat disappointed by the golf course. Very hilly, and in need of attention. The greens were poor and the golf cart tracks were hard to drive. But the biggest disappoint and frustration was the WIFI. It was extremely poor, even when we were given (the one and only) external router. In this day and age you except descent WIFI. Luckily we just got free roaming charges in Europe otherwise it would have been a complete disappointment. There are many local villages and restaurants to visit in the area. You definitely need a car.

Great golfing...disappointing restaurant on site

This could be a fantastic place for a golfing holiday. An ideal position for an all-inclusive holiday, but the dinner menu/chef's capabilities let the resort down badly. As did internet access in the rooms. A great pity that you had to drive off-site after a day of golf to find something decent to eat.

Great boutique golf hotel in wine country

Beautiful golf course and beautiful hotel. Hotel has small, personal feel. Great onsite restaurant. We were there for 4 days and never left site. Poolside grill. Dinner buffet on Saturday night. Very special place. We rented clubs and played 3 times. Golf staff very attentive.

prachtig uitzicht

wij waren heel tevreden over de kamer, ruim en schoon, ook de badkamer en balkon waren ruim voldoende. we vinden wel dat er een mogelijkheid moet zijn om zelf koffie en thee te kunnen maken op de kamer in deze prijsklasse. het ontbijt was prima, we hebben er een keer gedineerd, de rekening was vrij pittig en men had een gerecht vergeten te noteren, ipv excuses te maken kregen wij te horen dat we dat niet besteld hadden, dat was dus niet zo netjes. het hotel ligt ideaal voor een bezoek aan Florence en omgeving, ik denk dat wij hier nog wel eens komen.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit allem Komfort

Jederzeit würden wir wieder im Uno Poggio dei Medici einchecken. Leider liess der Service beim Nachtessen zu wünschen übrig. Kellner war sehr arrogant und wusste besser Bescheid als wir, wie wir unser Filet wollten. Auch war ein gewisses Misstrauen gegenüber den Gästen spürbar. Schade, dass die Kontrollen und Sicherheitsvorkehrungen nicht diskreter durchgeführt werden! (auch wenn vorher wohl schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht wurden. Ich war wirklich irritiert! Hier gibt es noch viel zu tun!! Andererseits liess das Frühstück keine Wünsche offen. Reichhaltiges Buffet mit versch. Speisen. Von Lachs, über Käse oder Prosecco... alles war vorhanden und das Personal am Morgen war überaus zuvorkommend.

Mycket bra hotell med trevlig personal. Otroligt fin golfbana vid hotellet. Ok priser på greenfee må-to, hyra av golfbil var dock dyrt. God frukost och fint poolområde. Synd bara att alla funktioner vid bubbelpoolen inte fungerade. Fint och stort rum med utsikt över golfbanan. Nära till t.ex Firenze. Hit åker vi gärna igen :)
