"Book with caution, this is definitely more of a party hotel. The property plays loud music until 1–2 AM, and if you’re a light sleeper, you will absolutely hear the music and bass from your room. Unfortunately, they do not make this clear until check-in. There is a waiver box buried on the second page of the check-in documents that says, “I accept that music will be played until 2 AM.” By that point, getting a refund through Expedia is unlikely, which feels a bit like a trap. We went to bed around 9:30 PM, and at that time the music was about a 5/10, noticeable but tolerable. By 11:30 PM, it was a full 10/10 until 1:30a. I don’t understand the need to make the music even louder at midnight when most guests are back in their rooms trying to relax or sleep. The staff was friendly, but not especially well-trained. The pool was okay, nothing special. I had called ahead and was specifically told it would be heated, but it was not. Overall, it was a subpar stay. If the pool isn’t important to you, I would highly recommend staying at the Plaza instead."
