"Hotel ist sauber, Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, somit es war für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen ausreichend. Wenn man einen Hotelparkplatz benötigt muss man diesen im Vorfeld reservieren. Wurde leider nirgendwo mitgeteilt, sodass wir uns einen Parkplatz am Straßenrand suchen mussten. Da wir unser Auto grundsätzlich gerne in Sicherheit wissen, mussten wir dies zähneknirschend so hinnehmen."

For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. "Overall, I had a great experience (6 nights) at the Stay KooooK in Leipzig! The bed and bedding were super comfortable, and I slept very well. I thought the shower setup was a bit odd at first - mine opened up straight into the bedroom about 2 feet from the head of the bed - but ventilation was really good and I didn't notice any problem at all with moisture, etc. The kitchen was super convenient to have available, and there is plenty of room for guests to sit around and eat or socialize. "Property was in a great location. Room was quiet. The bed was a bit old and we changed rooms as the shower didn’t work properly. Otherwise all was fine and great cocktails happy hours."

"Location suitable for the purpose of our trip. Breakfast at sister hotel was good. We did not feel our room represented value for money. The people in room number 2 paid a similar amount but had more spacious accommodation. On the second night our key cards did not work (and no, we hadn't kept them near to a phone) We were unable to access our room and the so called 24 hour help number went to voicemail. Essentially there was no help, despite the best efforts of German police who were on duty...

"Moderne und geschmackvoll gestaltete große Zimmer. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Negativ: Im Zimmer keine Minibar, kein Telefon, kein Schreibzeug (Kugelschreiber, Notizblock, Hotelguide). Frühstücksbuffet sparsam bestückt, wenig Auswahl. Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Alles in allem empfehlenswert, aber kein 5 Sterne Standard."

"Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht zufriedenstellend. Auf dem Zimmer gab es keinen Wasserkocher oder Kühlschrank was sehr unpraktisch war. Außerdem sind die Wände schlecht schallisoliert, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur deutlich hören konnte. Darüber hinaus wurde unser Zimmer am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir dies erwartet hatten. Insgesamt entspricht der Service nicht dem Standard, den wir von einem Hotel erwarten."
