On this sta we had a minor issue with the Roku cable freezing up a few times but returned to normal after being reset. Once by the engineer and we handled ourselves the second time. One word of caution on the parking. If you use Sopthero for the 720 N. Jefferson outdoor parking directly across the street from the hotel entrance on Jefferson it is the smaller lot roped off by chains with about 15 spots not the larger lot next to it. I had 3 -$90 parking tickets when I went out to my car. I was able to contact the company to have them removed since they also owned the lot next door and could see that I paid. "

"Not a clean or friendly hotel at all, pool area looks like it's falling apart. Rooms were gross, two of our towels had holes in them. Staff did NOT want to be there, barley got two words out of them. "
