"Wir waren als Familie nur für eine Nacht in der Jugendherberge Lindau, möchten aber die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft sowie Sauberkeit (vor allen Dingen auch WCs und Duschen) und die wirklich schöne Einrichtung erwähnen. Das Zimmer war wie erwartet sehr schlicht, aber sogar mit Waschbecken und Spiegel ausgestattet (hatten wir gar nicht erwartet). Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Wir hatten es zwar nicht in Anspruch genommen, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit durch Kauf von Essensmarken...

"Moderne Zimmereinrichtung (die letzte Renovierung liegt wohl nicht lange zurück), allerdings ist im Zimmer 207 die WC-Nische zwischen Waschbecken und Wand sehr eng - ungünstig für etwas beleibtere Gäste. Sehr schöner Service: Getränkekühlschrank zur Selbstbedienung auf dem Gang. Zum Frühstücken gibt es alles was man braucht, Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. In ca. 100 m Entfernung ist eine Bushaltestelle, von dort aus fährt der Linienbus ohne Umstieg bis zum Bahnhof auf die Lindauer Insel....

"Fantastic place, walking distance to the island with jogging path along the lake. I called to say that we arrive late and the lady at the reception was extremely outgoing, friendly, helpful. She booked us a restaurant where we could eat late in the evening. On the checkout day we could leave the car without extra cost for 2 hours longer just to explore the island. That was a nice bonus! The only thing that we would welcome to have is a lift - we had to drag our suitcases up to the 2nd floor. But...

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Lindau. The staff was exemplary, the morning breakfast buffet was delicious - and it also had an outdoor seating area with lovely views. The outside seating can be accessed throughout the day and was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The room was spotless with great amenities. They also offer a "honor bar" in the lobby with snacks, drinks, wine and beer. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance as well."

"The prefect lace to be close to the water and nature but a little off the track if you want to walk to a local eatery or shops. Great terrace for breakfast overlooking the boats and lovely and quiet for sleeping"
