"We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "

"Moderne neue Unterkunft mit Kinderkrankheiten Tolles Konzept, Service unkompliziert. Großzügiges Studio mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Leider ging in unserem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht, es herrscht eine unangenehme Wärme im Gebäude. Zum Glück könnten wir kühl durchlüften. Auch der Fön hat nicht funktioniert. Für eine Neueröffnung gibt es daher noch etwas Luft nach oben. "
