"Very conveniently located and well fitted out apartment room with generous courtesy provisions supplied as well. Very handy secure parking in basement for an additional charge. Only minor issues were lack of air con (room gets warm even with windows open on a mid-September day), no microwave and a slightly soft bed. NB Rooms on third floor on Park Place side also overlooked by taller balcony flats opposite."

This said, I gave up with the tech and spoke to someone from Deuce Hotels and he was excellent. He was professional and reassuring and the codes for the door arrived via email as promised. The property itself does not look very welcoming as you go in a back door next to the bins....
