"The room was disgusting, there was a foul odour upon arrival, the toilet was dirty and there was cobwebs all over the room. NOT TO MENTION THE BEDBUGS. "The location was ideal! There were a couple of weird things that happened that put a negative spin on our stay: 1) We were "upgraded" to a "city view" on the top floor. The top floor was actually like an attic and the windows were small and very high. So we had no view other than sky and it was dark. 2) There was a periodic buzzing from the AC. I asked the staff to check it out and they basically told me it was in my head. 3) They gave us coupons for a "cocktail in the bar" in exchange for not utilizing housekeeping one of the days. It turned out that it was only for wine and beer. When I complained they doubled down and told me it was in the fine print and I should have read it. All of that is to say - I would probably stay there again, but I would not get pressured into a room on the 7th floor with no windows, nor would I give up housekeeping for a drink. Caveat emptor."
