"We loved our stay here. The picture window looking over the water was beautiful. The cabin was wonderfully simple and yet held all we needed. I had tried to book it for 4 nights but it was only available for 2 when we were there. I would have gladly booked it for all 4 and if we ever return to Skye we will definitely look ahead of time to book all our nights here again. Loved its eco friendliness as well! "

"What a great find. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. We stayed in one of the Cabins and it was prefect. Cabin had all the amenities one would for their stay. There is a wonderful restaurant, The Sprig, on property and the food was outstanding. Within a very short walk we found The Coffee Bothy which is a great place to grab coffee and breakfast. "

"This was a lovely little hut to stay in for a few nights. One double bed and then a pull out sofa bed. We didn't try the sofa bed, but the double was comfortable. The shower was great, and the towels provided were more than adequate. I didnt find the hair dryer until we were ready to leave. Its in a box under the bed. This is more suitable for a couple on their own, i think it would be hard to have young children in the hut. They are not equipped for toddlers. The microwave is at a hight that a...

"Beautiful quiet countryside, lambs in the farm just across the gate excellent instruction, book with photos and how to instructions for everything in the pod. It was the best instruction of welcome manual I’ve seen in all of my stays at different locations throughout Scotland."

"The pod was exactly like in pictures, very nice and well-equipped. Heated floor was chef-kiss. Not many food places/restaurants open in winter. We stayed for 3 nights so cooking was necessary but the place has everything we needed and made it easy. We stopped at tesco in Ullapool (1 hour away) for food stock. The nearby spar is also good for grocery but small so may not find everything. The pie shop called Lochinver Larder (near the spar) was AMAZING! Although I would say even though it says 4...

"Beautiful property. Sheep, fruit, and vegetable farms all around. Staff super nice. Had the ability to grill our own food and have a fire to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather we had way into the night. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Play area for the kids. "Beautiful, stunning views from this secluded spot. A short drive in the Dufftown and a 15 minute drive to The Glenlivet. Having a personal hot tub was a welcome treat. Tracy was a a lively host!"

"The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. "

"This property is a gem located nearby Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns. The cabin is very new with a clean and functional kitchen as well as comfortable beds. Inverness is a quick drive away or by taxi (we found parking in Inverness to be a nightmare so opted for the taxi.) The owner is on-site to answer questions or help with any problems. Great place to stay if you are visiting the sites in this area of Scotland. "

Obviously no shops in the immediate vicinity but Pitlochry, Dunkeld and Aberfeldy are all within a short driving distance affording ample shopping opportunities. "The hosts bent over backwards to personalise our stay, whilst respecting our privacy. From the homemade tablet, pancakes and artwork to the birthday balloons and beers, we had a lovely break. The cabin has everything you need, and the hot tub is fantastic to soak in under the stars. We just wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more.
