"The Highland Club is in a old abbey. I has been renovated into a modern and very comfortable place of lodging. The rooms are modern, but the facility creates a feel of being in an ancient cathedral. It was very nice. The staff was extremely nice and helpful."

"What a gem. Didnt know this place existed but so glad we found it. Jennifer and Paige were superstars, full of smiles and very welcoming. Just what weneeded after a drive from Weymouth. Food was very well presented and exceeded expectations. Tranquil and expansive grounds for dogs to run around. No traffic. Good for them. We would recommend and will definitely go back."

"Excellent self-check-in hotel on the A83 looking directly into a stunning view of Loch Fyne at Inverary. Lovely garden with seating area for relaxing, eating, drinking or just taking in the view. Well appointed room and with fridge, kettle, tea, coffee. En-suite with fluffy towels, cotton buds, soap and shower gel. Close to lovely cafés and bars of Inverary and walkable to the beautiful castle. Would recommend!"

"We loved this stay. The hosts are as good as they come. Always warm and attentive. Only too willing to help were they can. The room was a great size and loved the character. The quietness and rural setting was such a welcome relieve to bring in s town or city. "

"Absolutely wonderful stay. Graham and Sheena made us so welcome that I think we may have to go back sometime. From the breakfast to the beautiful huge room we couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was absolutely enormous. Thank you for making our stay so memorable."

"Excellent location for a short stay. We stayed in the maxwells which were very comfortable with all the right facilities. My only suggestion would be to provide split bins for waste and recycling (landfill / plastic and tins) along with a tub for compostable waste. "

"We had a lovely time. From the moment we were greeted at reception on the first day till the day we left. Everyone was so nice and couldn’t have done enough for us. Our 2 dogs were made so welcome and our dining experience wasn’t reduced in any way because of them. Harriet should get a mention as nothing was too much trouble for her. "Incredibly beautiful property. Appears to be recently renovated as everything was updated and gorgeous. The staff were very kind and helpful. Recommendation was made for a restaurant: Roam West, which is just up the road. Don’t look anywhere else for dinner. I had the best steamed mussels of anywhere I’ve eaten and my wife had an incredible fish and chips. This house is wonderful, just a short drive from Fort Mason"
