"Very average property. The room was Berry spacious and clean, but shabby and outdated. The couch cushions were frayed on the edges with string hanging out. Dents in the wall and loads of stuff on the built ins and furniture. Cigarette hole in the outdoor cushions and butts everywhere.
Breakfast was quite good and very efficient. Great location for the airport and ball fields. Very quiet and extremely safe area. Too bad Hyatt isn’t maintaining this property correctly. You can get better for your...

"We thought it was a very pleasant and quiet place to stay. The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. We wish there was a better set up where the pool was located so the restaurant guests and the pool visitors did not have to see each other in the evenings. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone. We would love to visit again! "

"Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty.
Not exactly a great start.
Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am.
Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning...

"This is a very nice casino resort. The food and service at restaurants was better than most - even the buffet was delicious! The rooms are a good size, casino very clean. The only thing less than 5 stars were beds were ok but not luxurious, pillows a little hard and it’s about 15 minutes from other restaurants etc in Scottsdale. Golf was wonderful, expensive but worth it. "

"We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great."

"They need to update their website. There is no restaurant as shown in pictures. Only vending machines no ability to purchase laundry soap or anything as shown in photos. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast nothing special. Shower had some mold in it. Otherwise staff is very friendly. The area is pretty shady as well"
