"A little mix up with check in was quickly rectified by hotel staff. They were quick and professional and friendly. The upgrade they gave us was more than appreciated. Cultra Inn- amazing. Food was yummy. Breakfast- so good. Scenery and views-unreal. Hotel in general was just a treat. Bar was cosy and the drinks so tasty. The zest bar in the spa was really the only let down. The cafe area was dirty and unmanned late Friday afternoon. I waited for quite some time and was stood staring at dirty dishes and crates on the counter. I was looking forward to a drink and just left. The rest of the spa was lovely. we will absolutely be back. "

The beds were comfortable, all areas clean and parking was provided. The breakfast in the morning was so enjoyed by all and we would not hesitate to return here if ever in the area."
