"Lovely hotel, room in general was great, only issue was temperature. Really hot and no way off cooling on radiator or any control panel."

"not enough parking"

"Loved the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The hotel was like a museum itself! Lovely stay, and the concierge team was so helpful!"

"Clean well appointed room. Staff were very helpful. No food available in the evening hours unfortunately, not even a sandwich, so be warned"

"Hands down, the best hotel experience we’ve had, including stays at boutique design hotels. Second Nature understands the actual needs of travelers and has built a bespoke and accommodating stay that meets you where you’re at. What stood out to us most was a 2 PM check in AND check out, so you actually get a full day, and breakfast that’s flexible to late sleepers — literally unheard of anywhere else. "I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

"Clean very nice"

"All perfect, good staff, good environment, I would stay there next time."

"Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice."
