"The only staff that was doing the breakfast was not friendly and couldn’t keep up. I did address it with a manager and she was great. Breakfast options didn’t accommodate our pork allergy but was good. The toilet in our room make noise after flushing for a long time. Cleaning staff was so friendly."

"This was the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. Despite having a legitimate reservation, we were treated like squatters and even had the police called on us. The staff was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the situation appropriately. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and embarrassing ordeal. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again."

"Could not check in till after 3. So we weren’t able to put our luggage in our room and freshen up. Although later they offered a room to change and leave our bags. But we were running late at that time and declined. When we finally got in the room after 1 am the sink was not draining because the plunger was stuck down. We had 4 people in the room and only 2 bath towels. Not to mention $16 for parking is ridiculous since we were literally in the room for less than 7 hours ."

NIce landscaped courtyard in the middle of the hotel, with a large grassy area to walk in. Negatives: numerous. No chair in the room, so nowhere to sit except on the edge of the bed.
