"appreciated the limited amount of rooms/parking avail. liked that the hotel was a bit tucked in/away. the virtual online staff was extremely efficient. could have used a microwave & softer bedside table lighting. basic live cable would have also been a plus."

"Room was clean and neat. It had a mini kitchen with cups/plates/utensils, which was convenient. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but it seemed clean. The only thing to note: if you are taking public transportation, there is a train that stops right before you can get to bus 76. It stops several times a day and stays for hours. We asked the front desk if this is a common occurrence, and they agreed it happens all the time. They noted many people find it inconvenient since it blocks the hotel off from the main road, making everyone drive or walk around the tracks when it stops. The hotel also isn't especially close to attractions/shopping areas. Not the best situation for people who are planning to take public transportation."

"I liked the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom shower and the cooling was working properly. I also used the iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine, and the refrigerator, which all worked well. The internet in the room was working very well. Since I am a heavy coffee drinker, I also appreciated that my coffee in the room was replenished every day. They also left a bottle of water in my room each day. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was close to the conference center and other good cafes and restaurants. The only tiny issue, which is very specific to me maybe is that the hotel lobby didn't have a small area to use as an office space. Otherwise the hotel lobby already had a couple of sofas, seats, coffee tables."

"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. I have stayed at your hotel multiple times and have always had an exceptional experience; however, I encountered an issue during this visit that I wanted to bring to your attention. Upon arrival, I paid for parking and provided my vehicle’s make, model, year, and color to the receptionist. On our last night, we returned late to find the main lot full. Our vehicle, a passenger van with a high top, was too tall to fit under the underpass leading to the second lot. When I sought assistance, the receptionist initially informed me that my only option was a refund and that I would need to find parking elsewhere, stating that "RVs" were not permitted. Although I clarified that the vehicle is a passenger van, he repeatedly offered a refund rather than a solution. Eventually, after a significant wait, he received managerial approval to have a staff member open the street-side gate so we could access the second lot safely. While I am thankful the issue was eventually resolved, the experience was quite frustrating after a long day. Given that I provided my vehicle details at check-in, I believe this delay could have been avoided. I hope this feedback helps improve the coordination of oversized vehicle parking for future guests. I hope you find this helpful from a future returning guest."
