"Everything and everyone amazing 10/10"

"This a no frills hotel. The room and hotel were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet too. I couldn’t hear people walking by or chatting. The location was prefect for me as it was close to many sites. You won’t have water in the room but they have filtered water stations and a vending machine. I felt safe. There was always someone outside by the door. "

"Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal, z. B. hat bei uns die Toilettenspülung nicht funktioniert und als ich dies an der Rezeption gemeldet habe, wurde ich gefragt, ob ich weiß, ob man zum Abziehen den Knopf drücken muss. Zimmer war mit Balkon auf die Abluftrohre. Barkeeper benötigt 20 Minuten für zwei einfache Drinks. Lage gut, sehr laut. Frühstück sehr gut!"

"We loved this apart hotel! It was very clean and well maintained. The layout of the studio was very efficient, and the staff was very friendly. The location was great to walk down to the river and surrounded by many restaurants. We could walk everywhere we wanted to see. Just be aware that there is no elevator in the building!"

"Large spacious room, suite included small kitchen with small frig. The staff was first class went out of their way to be helpful from carrying luggage, waiting with you for taxi to arrive. Breakfast was delicious, eggs made to order. Hotel close to everything, restaurants, waterfront just minutes walk away. "

"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location close to the famous bridge, old town and the shopping area - all within walking distance. We had the loft apartment between three of us and it was spacious and clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay again."

"This spot was dang near perfect. The room was beautiful and easy to access. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we had a little trouble getting our check in and door info. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Relatively comfortable bed. Smart tv so we could wind down to our favorite shows after a long day. The only small hang up is the A/C in the room was finnicky and didn’t work too well but fortunately it was pretty cool while we were in Porto so sleeping with the windows open...

"Staffs were great: friendly, communicate well, pay attentions and very helpful. We unexpectedly got a bottle of champagne and chocolate cakes for our anniversary delivered to our room. Great location, nearby good restaurants and attractions."
