"We chose this property because of proximity to the beach and convention center. On the positive side: Breakfast waffle is in a Texas shape which was fun. Parking is free. Room A/C was functional and beds were comfy enough. Walking distance to beach and Kroger’s Detractors: WiFi wasn’t working and the staff did not know how to trouble shoot and brushed it off. -Fitness center had no A/C and no yoga or exercise mat -Bathroom didn’t have ventilation -Front desk wasn’t very helpful at all (4 different people all not great) -breakfast was rather basic, lacking in fruit and not replenished over a 2 hr period Probably would not here stay again"

"There was no parking available. There was a mildew smell in the room. My neighbors were arguing most of the night! Morning we woke up to dogs barking and howling. Lots of fun!!"

"Our stay was amazing. This hotel has been updated. When I visited over 10 years ago it was a sad excuse for a luxury hotel but this last weekend I was suitably impressed. The staff are really nice abd check in was a breeze. Will be bringing the family back soon. The pool was also nice with a swim up bar."

"Staff was extremely helpful. The carpets were kind of filthy and could use the good vacuuming, especially in front of the doors to the rooms and the tables could’ve been wiped off a little better in the rooms and the shower had a little black mold around the bottom, other than that, the place was fantastic. Perfect Location I’m sure it’s just because the quick turnaround they can’t get everything exactly perfect would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again"

"Do NOT book here. The strong smell of mold when you walk in is overwhelming. I immediately had my children return to the car. I cannot believe this hotel is allowed to operate. I honestly wouldnt give a homeless person a room here. The larger hispanic lady at the front Desk was annoyed to have to speak to me, no refunds if you dont stay. Its a scam. It was an awful experience"

"This hotel is going thru construction but the room was very dirty and the bathroom was horrible hair everywhere. Mirror nasty and the tub was horrible. The hotel seem very old . I wouldn’t walk around bare foot on any of their floors . For the price it should be cleaner but u are playing for the beach and indoor pool . Everything else is horrible"
