"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for walking around town. We loved using the complimentary bikes and enjoyed the convenience of the coffee shop. The only drawback is that the pool is one that you need to drive and for a small fee. We didn’t use it but apparently has a lot to offer besides the pool."

"This hotel was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. We booked a suite which was well designed and spacious. Five stars!! Breakfast not so good. Oatmeal was luke warm. Eggs appeared to be plastic replicas of real food, sausage was chicken sausage patties. This is a fatal error in the South. My husband gave the breakfast a big fat yuck! Stick to the farm fresh yogurt and bananas!"

"We enjoyed the villa with all the amenities. We enjoyed the pools. The pier with the dock area and the swings near the pier were nice. People were friendly. We would like to return."

"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking and well lit. Breakfast was very basic, and offered nothing for someone who is diabetic. Luckily, Cracker Barrel was just across from the parking lot, but the first morning we didn't have time to go to CB. There was no ice machine on the second floor. The bed should have been softer. Overall, it was okay for the price. We just needed a place to shower and sleep, wanted breakfast included. We spent our time at Edisto, but couldn't afford any place to rent down there it was over $400 a night there."
