"The place needs updating. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The furnished hair dryer only blew a small amount of lukewarm air. The room was not cleaned during my stay. There are not enough wall plugs. Temperature adjustments in the room are restricted to a small band. The mattress was not comfortable. The room furniture was sparse. "

"This was our third atay at Citizen M and while we didnt get a beautiful view this time around, we did get early check-in, the friendly staff as well as self check-in option, and the usual comfy bed and uber modern room experience. Started our evening in the lounge with an impeccably crafted “Old Fashioned” and ended our night after the Mariners home opener with a couple of beers and delicious pizza from the kitchen to take back to our room."

"The valet parking was a touch confusing as we weren’t sure exactly where to go, but that’s more of a layout/street setup issue! Once you pull up and check in with the parking guys it was seamless. The front desk people were SO kind and amazing. Personable, friendly, hilarious and immediately welcoming. Our room was clean and very nicely styled. The beds were very comfortable and the PILLOWS WERE SO MUCH NICER THAN USUAL!! the bedding was soft and didn’t feel like the usual stiff and scratchy...

"The check-in/check-out, room and staff were excellent. Two things to point out, 1) the hotel should consider upgrading the toilet paper (very thin) and 2) the food/drinks for Happy Hour on the 7th floor was subpar. Other than items above, we would go back 😊"

"Nice location near waterfront; 5th floor deck was best part about stay. Shower water was not hot enough and room was slow to heat up. My room had a lot of elevator noise which I wouldn't expect for the price."

"Great place to stay in Seattle! Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena with a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby. Brand new facility, so everything is in top shape. Breakfast was a nice bonus, especially with kids in tow. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Great location. Rooftop Bar service was slow and drinks were not good. The room was nice but the temperature was so warm. We had it set to 60 but the room temperature didnt drop below 71. I love the ambiance of this hotel and the rooms themselves but lighting is definitely an issue. As a woman, a lit up mirror for make up would be a huge plus. "
