"Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful old hotel. The doors were a bit tricky because they were old but that is the only complaint and a very minor one. Will definitely look forward to staying here again. Overall five stars!"

"We were here for 3 nights, never had housekeeping, asked for fresh towels, never received them. Bathroom not properly stocked, had to ask for TP. Train directly behind the hotel, felt like we were sleeping on the tracks. Would not stay here again."

"Very unique building and great location. We chose to not pay for breakfast add-on for the full stay, but did do one morning. I would not do the breakfast again unless they improve on the offerings. The rooms are cozy, our room had some minor cosmetic issues that need to be addressed otherwise the say was good. This is located right off a freeway ramp, so great location. Staff was very responsive whenever we needed something. Would stay here again."
