"Misunderstood at check in about car rental and unable to reverse 35.00 a night fee in full. Even showing receipt from rental drop off… Rooms are small .. but okay for cruise port proximity.. Als good thing had bus for transport to cruise port"

"The room we reserved was given away after our flight was delayed. Our family of four was "upgraded" to a room with a king bed and what we were told was a sofa bed. It was a regular sofa, not a pull out. We had to ask for a roll away bed. The roll away barely fit, making it difficult to walk around ..."
