"Very nice strong shower flow and hot water! Umbrellas easily available at front desk. One elevator very slow!"

"Room was a bit dirty and run down, noisy lobby with many drunk people in elevator and at bar. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful, and we didn't require anything fancy for a room. 20 dollars a day for free coffee and bottled water felt a bit ridiculous."

"The room was super clean"

"Clean property friendly staff"

"Nice clean hotel. The ice cooler on the each floor by the elevators was convenient. Great location. Nice looking lobby with a big fire place, but they barely had it on, you could barely see the flames."

"We stayed here so we could attend a show at the Showbox. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was great, building was beautiful, coffee in the room was good and the bed was cozy."

"Only the elevator is not good because it is too slow. Other facilities is nice, the hotel position is perfect."

"Clean, comfy , quiet and close to the airport. Good value."

"Clean room excellent staff Would be nice if the restaurant attached was open more"

"Clean and quiet, only stayed one night prior to our cruise. Would stay here again."

"Location was key for us"

"Only one of the three elevators work, so expect occasional longer waits and crowded compartments."

"Disappointed in the "amenities". IF you are not there during certain times, you do not get your "welcome drink." Secondly, if you dont drink wine, your choices are gross sparkling water or pineapple infused water. No longer can you pick something from the cooler at any time. So not what you pay for. Secondly, for the price of Amenities per day, should be 2 bottles of water per room. Had to go to QFC and buy water for 50 cents instead of $3 for theirs! Thirdly, I refuse to use hotel...

"Everything was well kept And clean."

"We arrived after 11pm after a long and arduous journey cross country. The young man Jacob managing check in and the desk was very kind and helpful. I want to give him a special shout out for welcoming us and making us comfortable. He helped me with parking and delivered one of the many suitcases to our room."
