"Great location. Front desk staff was exceptional. Room was average with a nice view but lacked in amenities and cleanliness. I booked for my mom who has mobility issues and although the disabled friendly walk-in shower was great, the distance to get to the only elevators was quite the trek from the entrance / front desk. Overall stay was average -good."

"Do not waste your money. This is a safety hazard. Allergy expo, TVs didnt match the remotes. Staff was shady. The TV didnt work in the rm i reserved 309 so I got a switch 313 same thing. The staff member just said call Expedia for a refund. I just bought a train out of state."

The property and the rooms are overdue for a remodel. The room was clean enough, given the worn carpet and furnishings."

My only complaint would be that Expedia itself misrepresents the amenities included in the rooms and the prices. I booked my room based on the fact that I believe it included a private hot tub in the room. I based my room choice on this amenity and the price shown by Expedia. But upon arriving at the property that was not the room I was given and it was explained to me that room I had selected...

"The room was absolutely disgusting nothing and there was clean. I got multiple pictures of darkness. The parking lot wasn’t even safe. The staff just walked around like they did not care.I’m and the breakfast was not worth it afterwards we got sick"
